Moot Court Professional Development

This professional development will help prepare teachers to bring OCLRE’s newest program to their classrooms. Moot Court focuses on the appellate court process and is designed to provide students opportunities to present a simulated oral argument and respond to questions posed by a panel of volunteer judges. This session will include an overview of the appellate process, tips for brief writing and oral argument strategies. Participants will receive a certificate of participation for contact hours.
