Ohio high school stu­dents argue an orig­i­nal case in real court­rooms across the state.  Ohio’s Mock Trial pro­gram is among the largest in the na­tion.

Moot Court

Moot Court fo­cuses on the ap­pel­late court process:  stu­dents pre­sent a sim­u­lated oral ar­gu­ment and re­spond to ques­tions posed by a panel of vol­un­teer judges.

Teams of mid­dle school stu­dents through­out Ohio re­search prob­lems of in­jus­tice in their schools and com­mu­ni­ties and work with elected of­fi­cials, school boards, or school ad­min­is­tra­tors to im­ple­ment their so­lu­tions.

 Law and Citizenship Annual Conference 

This two-day fall con­fer­ence gath­ers ed­u­ca­tors and pre­sen­ters from through­out the state to learn about and dis­cuss “hot top­ics” in the field of civics and law-re­lated ed­u­ca­tion.
